Full payment is required upfront before work begins on your project. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as specified during checkout.
All prices listed on our website are in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
The client is responsible for all third-party costs including but not limited to Shopify subscription fees, domain registration, premium apps, and stock images unless explicitly included in the chosen package.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and availability of required materials. Timeline begins after receipt of all necessary information and assets from the client.
Timely delivery is contingent upon the client providing all required information, content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by client inaction may result in extended delivery times.
Each package includes a specified number of revisions as outlined in the service description. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of initial delivery.
Revisions beyond the included amount or requested after the revision period will be charged at our standard hourly rate of $50/hour or a quoted fixed price.
Requests that fall outside the original project scope will be quoted separately and require additional payment.
Full refunds are available if requested before any work has commenced on your project.
Once work has begun, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
No refunds will be issued after the final deliverable has been provided and approved by the client, or after 30 days from the initial delivery date, whichever comes first.
The client retains all rights to content, images, logos, and materials provided to ShopifyLabPro for use in the project.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed store design and custom elements created specifically for their project.
Any third-party themes, apps, or assets used remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their individual licenses.
ShopifyLabPro reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific results, sales figures, or business outcomes.
ShopifyLabPro is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, including but not limited to Shopify platform changes, app functionality, or payment gateway issues.
For dropshipping packages, product research is based on current market trends and data. We do not guarantee sales success or profitability of suggested products.
ShopifyLabPro's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption.
We provide 30 days of email support after project delivery for questions about using your store. This does not include additional design work or feature additions.
Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support beyond the 30-day period can be arranged separately at our standard rates.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
The client may terminate the project at any time. Payment for work completed up to the termination date will be due, and any remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate service if the client breaches these terms, provides false information, or engages in abusive behavior toward our team.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
ShopifyLabPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
